Frequently Asked Questions about WebSite Guard
Q: Which operating systems are supported?
A: WebSite Guard currently supports *nix, Linux. Windows and Apple MAC are NOT supported at this stage.
Q: What if we want to reinstall the software?
A: Simply click “Uninstall” at the bottom of WebSite Guard’s admin control panel and follow the instructions. If you have any problems, please contact us for help.
Q: What if I am not happy with my purchase?
A: If you have any technical problems, please send them to support@needsecure.com. We’ll do our best to solve any problem you may tackle as soon as possible. If this doesn’t help, we will refund your purchase without hassle. You will have to remove the software and all its copies from your server, computer or any other carriers.
Q: Do I have to uninstall the software to move to another domain?
A: If the software will be moved to another domain within one server, you do not have to uninstall. You will have to modify several configuration files. Please contact us for more information or if you’d like us to move the software for free.
Q: I need to have another admin with lesser rights - can that be done?
A: Yes. There are 3-level administrators in WebSite Guard, the 1st level has full rights, the 3rd level has the least rights.
Q: Will I have to buy new licenses when I install WebSite Guard on my other websites?
A: Yes, you will have do buy Additional Site License for each new installation of WebSite Guard.
